The guarantee covers faults of the appliance, which have been caused by faulty construction or material faults and will be corrected by replacement or repair at our option. In order to claim under the guarantee the product must be used and maintained in accordance with the instructions (Your statutory rights are not affected). This guarantee applies to domestic use only; unless specified on the product. The guarantee period is one calendar year from purchase of the product. In order to validate the guarantee, the product must be registered on our website. A valid VAT receipt must also be produced in order to validate the guarantee.
Any repaired or replaced appliance will be guaranteed on these terms for the unexpired portion of the guarantee.
The exceptions are specified under the headline “What is not covered under SQ Professional guarantee?”
